I made this little card for The Stamping Boutiques 2nd Birthday, which was a few weeks ago.  Tracey is a wonderful artist and her digi's are fresh and fun.  You need to go by and see what she has. I fell in love with this digi as I live in New Mexico and we have a hot air balloon festival every year in October that is stunning.
