Starting Early - Holiday Wishes 4 our Kids.

This adorable image is from Designed 2Delight and is called "Believe" I've used digi background papers and my apologies but can't seem to find the file again. They were cut with Spellbinders Standard Circles and Lacey Circles. The snowflakes are cut from Spellbinders Shapeabilities Create a Flake1. Some snow dots from Hobby Lobby, some Silver Spica to make his tag sparkle and extra fine gliiter on his hat. He was copic colored with the following:
